How will I be entering Immortelle at the Four Seasons?

You will either be arriving by black car or private ambulance in the underground parking entrance and escorted directly up to your room.  

What are the visiting hours for Immortelle?

9 AM to 9 PM

What items should I bring to Immortelle?

  • All home medications and medications prescribed by your surgeon.

  • Guests are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing that is easy to put on and take off.

  • Entertainment devices and chargers: Laptop, laptop charger, cell phone, cell phone charger, iPad, and other electronics for entertainment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If there is a documented medical emergency within 24 hours of your stay you will be charged half of your first night.

What is the extension policy?

Stays may be extended on a first come first serve basis.

What time is discharge from the facility?

11 AM

Pre-Immortelle Care Stay

What is the standard check-in time at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Guests arriving earlier may inquire about early check-in options, subject to availability.

Where do I check in upon arrival?

Please proceed to the front desk upon arrival at the Four Seasons. Let the staff know that you are checking in with Immortelle Med and provide the room number assigned to you by Immortelle Med.

Will my credit card be charged at check-in?

A valid credit card is required upon check-in to authorize incidental charges that may occur while you are off care.

Note: This is a temporary authorization, not a charge. Authorized funds will typically be released within 5–10 business days after check-out, provided there are no outstanding balances.

Will the hotel confirm my personal details and requests?

The front desk will confirm your guest information, including any special requests that were noted in your reservation through Immortelle Med.

How will I receive my room key?

After completing the check-in process, you will be issued a room key and directed to your assigned accommodations.

Is transportation available while I’m off care?

The Four Seasons Concierge is available to assist with transportation arrangements.

  • A complimentary house car is available for destinations within an 8-mile radius, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • For additional transportation needs, please speak with the concierge team.

Post-Discharge Stay

What amenities will I have access to after discharge from Immortelle?

Once you have been discharged from Immortelle, you will have full access to all amenities and services offered by the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. This includes access to the spa, fitness center, pool, and all public areas.

Can I continue to order from the Immortelle Wellness Menu?

The Immortelle Wellness Menu remains available for in-room dining throughout your stay.

Is medical assistance available through the hotel?

The hotel staff do not provide any medical services. After discharge, you are fully responsible for managing your own medical care.

How do I request housekeeping services?

Housekeeping is available daily and can be tailored to your preferences.

  • To request housekeeping or turndown service, please call housekeeping from your room phone to schedule.

  • If you would prefer limited or no service during your stay, please inform the front desk upon check-in or place the appropriate do not disturb sign on your door.

How can I arrange transportation?

The Four Seasons Concierge is available to assist with transportation arrangements unless alternative plans were made directly through Immortelle. For pre-scheduled or medical transport, please coordinate with your Immortelle care team.

Is an Apple TV available in the room?

Apple TV devices are available upon request. Please contact the concierge to have one delivered to your room.

What is the check-out time? Can I request a late check-out?

Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Guests may request a late check-out at the time of check-in. Approval is subject to availability.
